1. Worldwide Shipping & Processing Time

We ship globally via DHL Express. While we aim for fast delivery, please keep in mind that our products are handcrafted. Even with express shipping, order preparation can take up to one month before dispatch.

 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The final shipping fee will be added to your total purchase amount.

 

3. Taxes & Import Duties

All import taxes, customs duties, and fees are included in the total price at checkout. This ensures that you won’t have to pay any additional charges upon delivery. For specific regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

4. Order Fulfillment & Production Time

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: If you select “Buy It Now,” your order will be shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Made-to-Order Items: If you choose “Place an Order,” your item will be custom-made just for you. Production can take up to one month, depending on the design’s complexity, before the item is shipped.

 

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, DHL Express typically delivers within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. However, unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or logistical disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.

 

6. Tracking Your Shipment

After dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

 

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@maison-ameli.com. We will do our best to make the change before shipping.

 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to DHL, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. For any delivery issues, please contact DHL directly. However, if you experience any problems, reach out to us, and we will assist in resolving the situation as best as we can.
