Refund and return POLICY
1. Conditions for Returns
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may request a return by contacting our Customer Service:

Your request must include your full name, phone number, email, recipient’s name and delivery address, date of the request, and a description of the item being returned.
Date and place of the request, and details of the item being returned.
To be eligible, items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

2. Warranty & Repair Services
We offer a one-year warranty for all items under normal usage, except for painted or customized products, which require careful handling.
• First 30 days: Free repairs for any issues.
• After 30 days: A paid repair service is available.
If your item is defective or does not match its description, you may request exchange. However, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after our team confirms the defect.

3. Exclusions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
• Items that have been modified or altered after purchase
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process & Conditions
• Refunds apply only to the item price. Shipping fees, import duties, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
• A return label will be provided by Maison Ameli
All refunds are processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval, which potentially may be extended until we receive the returned item. If the deadline falls on a non-working day, it will be extended to the next business day.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all accessories, labels, and seals intact
• Shipped back within 14 days of your return request
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
